Depending on the duration and required level of performance that that the students reach is all taken into consideration both in the development of the course and to the final assessment of the students, post course evaluation. Therefore, throughout the development of the training program, communications between the client and the company is essential to ensure standards and assessments are determined prior to the start of the course.
